Episode Twenty Amy Brady of Here For The Beer
This week I’m talking to Amy from Here For The Beer. Ever wonder how they got started, or thought about beer vacationing? Sorry for the poorer quality on the audio on this one. East Coast Beercast is experiencing my two and a half year old some technical difficulty. I also have an exciting NEW project in the works that some of my guests know about. I won’t say anything else at this time, but keep your eyes peeled early July. It also looks like I will be missing an episode next week, but rest assured well be back on track after that, or as soon as potty training is done. Here are some links to Here for the Beer!
Episode 19 The Lager Heads Part 2
Were continuing where we left off with the Lager Heads. Also, next weeks episode is with Amy from Here for the beer. It’s a great chance to learn so more about Amy and Tim, and how Here for the beer came about. The reason I’m talking about the episode in advance is to let every one know that this weekend will be the Brattleboro Brewers Festival and Pub Crawl. Follow the link for much more information, but if you happen to be in VT, I would clear my schedule. See you guys next week.
Episode 18 The Lager Heads
Have you ever thought about writing on beer, or maybe you already have a beer blog. Bruce and Tammy, ” The Lager Heads” of the Washington city paper, take time out of their schedule to talk about writing on beer. Were recording this Episode once again at the Lost Dog Cafe in Arlington. Not only that, but this is a two parter. Come back next week for the second half.

Episode 16 Were saving the world with Chris O’Brien
This weeks episode was recorded at The Wonderland Ballroom. A great place, two parts dive bar, one part Beer Geek place. I highly recommend it. To Chris O’Brien the Beer Activist. If you have wondered about sustainability, or craft brewing business models, this is the episode for you.

Beer Classes at Total Wine and More.
This weeks episode is with Rob Hill who is the Business Development Manager for Total Wine & More. Total Wine & More is rolling out a new beer education program starting this Thursday January the 28th. The first class is called “Great Craft Brews for Game Day and Every Day” which pretty much means session beers. Before you dismiss these classes thinking your self an uber-beer geek, I sat through the presentation and I was thoroughly impressed. If you are a beer geek, you will not be bored, and you could bring a friend. Tickets are only $15, and that gets you two hours, thirteen beers, and a wealth of knowledge. For more information including locations and schedule follow the link above, then click on the classes link on the left. Or you could listen to the show on Friday.
