For a first episode I think you did a great job. I enjoyed the guest and the back and forth conversation on the topics you put together. I think towards the end you opened the door to another topic altogether with the beer and food pairing and how brewpubs can address this with their own beers. It was nice to hear more from the business side of the brewing process, this is part of the reason I also listen to the BN.
Keep up the good work, got some more podcasts to go through, look forward to listening.
